GENERAL CONDITIONS

CENTRO HUMBOLDT guarantees excellent teaching standards, a personal approach and customised care.After receiving your registration form for a course, CENTRO HUMBOLDT will issue an invoice/confirmation for the total cost of the course. You will be required to pay € 200 on account by bank transfer for the confirmation of your registration. The balance of the course must be settled in full at least 14 days prior to the date of the first class.

If you have to cancel your course before you start, you will receive a refund for the amount paid less possible bank charges and the € 100 sent on account.

· If a group of your level cannot be formed on the dates you have chosen, we will offer you the choice of doing 50% of the course as one-to-one classes and the remaining 50% as guided self-study. Otherwise, you can ask for a reimbursement of the amount paid.

· Group course classes that fall on Public Holidays are not made up for at other times. The exception being if one week has more than one Public Holiday, in this case the hours will be made up for.

Payment for the course can be made by cheque or bank transfer. CENTRO HUMBOLDT is not liable for bank charges.
