Spanish in Barcelona - Leisure and culture programme
Picasso, Gaudí, Miró, the Ramblas,
the Gothic quarter, the Boquería
First-hand experience of another culture and direct contact with the people are unbeatable for a true understanding of a language. Our culture and leisure programme is therefore a very important part of the courses we offer and complements your classes with the language teacher.
You learn Spanish in constant contact with people and in one of the most fascinating cities on the Mediterranean.
Whether you stroll down the Ramblas, visit the Picasso Museum or Park Güell by Antoni Gaudí, discover the Gothic quarter with its narrow streets and comfortable bars, go shopping in elegant stores or enjoy the Catalan cuisine and the smells and colours of the Boquería market, you can easily appreciate the warm, open character of a Mediterranean city.
- Our CLUB CH helps you. In the afternoon, after your language course, we offer you the chance to get to know the inhabitants of Barcelona and its culture at first hand:
- City tours
- Visits to fairs, exhibitions, museums
- International get-togethers
- Exchange programme with Spaniards.
At Centro Humboldt Barcelona you also have the chance to get to know Spaniards learning other languages at our centre.
You can get a better idea of Barcelona, its sights and interesting places on the next few pages.
More information about the Spanish language and culture you find on the
website from the Instituto
Cervantes.
