Internships in Spain
Paid and unpaid internships in Barcelona
- Spanish intensive course 2 weeks (recommended) + Internship in Barcelona of at least 8 weeks, maximum
36 weeks. The internship begins as soon as you finish the Spanish course.
- The programme is available all year round to suit your desired schedule (with the exception of August for beginning internships), with a preparatory period of
1 to 2 months.
- Leisure and culture programme
- Advice and support throughout the internship from a tutor from Centro Humboldt.
- Free access to our virtual campus for self-study
- Optional: Exams for the European Language Certificates and the Instituto Cervantes exams

Beginning the course
Courses can be started on any Monday throughout the year with a subsequent internship in Spain. Arrivals are on Sunday and departures on Saturdays.
Location of the language school in Barcelona
Centro Humboldt Barcelona is to the north of the city centre. In 5 minutes you can reach the famous Passeig de Gracia with its impressive Gaudí buildings, as well as the Rambla Cataluña, an elegant boulevard full of shops and cafés.

Requirements
Application deadline
At least 2 months before your trip, having completed the registration form, curriculum
vitae, letter of motivation in
Spanish (model ), with details of your
skills and expectations regarding the foreign internship in Spain.
Certificates
You receive 2 certificates: one fpr the language course and another for the internship. The first certifies you have taken part in the language course and specifies your competence in the foreign language. The second is issued by your host company and describes the areas of work you have been employed in and certifies your performance during the internship.
