telc, The European Language Certificates, are the language examinations of the future. They represent a systematic, well thought-out approach to the assessment of foreign languages skills and offer a clearly structured programme of examinations based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages published by the Council of Europe.

What does that mean? It means that all telc examinations assess and evaluate your individual language skills in a meaningful way.
