The seminars can be held in English, Spanish or German.

Due to the democratisation process in recent years, Brazil has undergone significant changes in its political landscape as well as its economy. Deregulation of the national market and a more globalised approach have made Brazil one of the 10 most important economies. The IMF expressed a very optimistic view in its last report.
However, business success essentially depends on the human factor, making the intercultural component increasingly important. It is not enough to speak a common language. It is also important to be aware that other values prevail in a foreign culture and therefore different behaviours are implicitly expected.
The most important cultural differences between Brazil and the UK:
· It contrasts with the UK business culture high power distance index, reflected in hierarchies and authoritarian company structures and thinking
· Long-term time orientation, while the UK business world is short or medium-term oriented
· Strong "high context" culture, making the implicit context an essential part of a message
Centro Humboldt's cross cultural seminar "Brazil - the future market of Latin America" provides key insights and skills to deal with Brazilian culture. With optimum preparation, we help you avoid misunderstandings and related business losses.
